2021- A Year of Hopes


     
2021- This is the year of  hopes. Not just me or you but each and every one of this world is hoping that 2021 goes great. Pandemic had exhausted us in 2020, and our hopes demand for some type of prevention from COVID-19. We say 2020 was the worst year, but it isn’t, we can’t judge it through just the pandemic. Let’s see how 2020 was good and how can we make 2021 a better year.


Firstly, let’s take take a look at 2020, well I know that no one cares about 2020 now but like every second is important, every year is important. 2020 was filled with pandemic, forest fires and much more strange things. But, to be honest there were many nice changes too. 

-The rate of Air pollution slowed down as everyone was in an isolation.
- 2020 was the greatest year for astronomical events. Neowise Comet that appears in every 2800 years appeared in 2020! The great conjunction that appears in every 800 years appeared in 2020! 
-Ozone healed itself ultimately during this time.

See, many great things had happened in 2020. Misery and happiness, both are a part of life which could occur in any phase but the important thing is that how to face it. Well let’s now forget 2020, let’s plan for 2021.


Each and everyone in this world were waiting for 2021 to come, first time we all were in this together as a whole. So, the first thought that comes to our mind is just, how to make 2021 the best year of the life? Well, it’s a common question for all of us. We wanted to achieve something like greater. So here’s your answer, it requires your persistence and consistency. The more consistent you are, the more 2021 gets better.

But here’s something which is not shocking at all. It’s pretty hard to be consistent, and this is only due to our lazy behaviour. The less lazy you are, the more persistent are you. See, I don’t give example of any human in this case because procrastination and getting exhausted of good things is a part of the human behaviour. I don’t say that it’s anyone’s fault, but here comes out play. If I tell you if you decrease your laziness, you could achieve whatever you want, then would you believe me? Absolutely Yes! You would because we all know it, the problem is just we don’t follow it. So let’s learn how to stop being lazy in the next section.


Humans are exhausted of hard work, not some but everyone in this world don’t like to do HARD WORK, but some people do this, how? It’s pretty simple, it’s because they are ambitious, they know what it takes to get to the top. But here’s a cool thing, I won’t say you to do HARD WORK but, I’d say to do SMART WORK. 

Firstly, try to avoid those things which makes you doing procrastination, for example, you could give your phone to your mother to keep it in the cupboard  and hide the keys. You would want your phone but you can’t have it whatever you do. Anything which addicts you or makes you lazy, try to avoid with this step. Now you would think why this type of practice? Well, it plays a significant role in maintaining our consistency towards work by making you patient and energetic.

Let me tell you something important in the next section which is related to biology, but if you get to know it, your life will get changed.


Dopamine- It’s a hormone which when secreted, provides us a feeling of pleasure. Frankly saying, our brain loves dopamine secretion. Whenever you feel good, it means dopamine has been secreted, that’s why you are feeling good. 

Now, see whenever you want to do any work faster, you would want to do that by a shortcut right? Similar is the case with our brain. When we do work, it takes us more time to feel pleasure, which means dopamine secretion is less here, but when we watch TV, play games etc. the dopamine secretion gets high in a low time, so which one would the brain prefer? Absolutely the one with a short period of time. So that practice which I told you before makes you away from those things by which your brain has to go with the long process, i.e with your work, because your brain needs dopamine, so for it, our brain could do anything. Now if you got only one option left, then you have to go with it and after sometime your brain will get used to it. Now, could you feel that how dopamine can change our lives? Of course you should. We can change our lives ultimately if we have some control on our brain.


So the main thing is done, but there are many more things to do too. The following things which are written below can make your 2021 the best year of your life,

- Choose your passion, it’s the first important thing to do.

- Set goals for the thing you want to achieve.

- Generally you’ll see people guiding about making time table, but I won’t. I’ll say you to work without time table, doing this could make you free. If you do work without a time table, you would be stress free, and you would like to do some more work too. 

-And the last thing is improve your bond with your friends, not with a fake one. Friends are an important part of life. You need not leave your friends if your goals are big, your friends could help you achieve your dreams.


So let’s make 2021 the best year of our lives together. Hope you have a great life.
